Chocolate Fudge Cake by Kilian

                                                                        Ingredients:

425g Butter.                                                4 tablespoon Milk.                                   250g Plain chocolate.

60g Dark brown sugar.                               1/2 tablespoon Vanilla Essence.                        175g Plain flour.

175g Caster sugar.                                      40g Ground Almonds.                                40g Cocoa powder.

3 tablespoons Golden syrup.                          3 Eggs.                                    2 tablespoons baking powder.
                 
                                                                         Method (sauce)

 First, melt 250g Butter over gentle heat.

 After than, put the Plain chocolate.

 Next, put the Sugar, the Milk and the Vanilla Essence.

 Later, pour the milk and mix.

After, pour the sauce into a clean bowl and chill in the fridge.

                                                                           Method (cake)

First,  put 175g Butter and flour in a plate and beat.

After than, beat the eggs one at a time.

 Next, put the cocoa and baking powder and mix.

 After, put the almonds and the golden sugar and mix.

 Put in Sandwich tins.

 Later, cool in 5 minutes.

Next, put the sauce between the two cakes and in the top.

 Finally, add the  chocolate sprinkles

                                                                 Cooking time:

Bake it at  180º C for  30-35 minutes.
