                                                     INGREDIENTS 

240 grammes of flour,

2 teaspoons of baking powder,

1 teaspoon of mixed spice,

120 grammes of butter,

120 grammes of sugar,

180 grammes of raisins and candied peel

4-5 tablespoons of orange juice.

                                                           METHOD


First,grease a baking tray. Preheat the oven to 210ºC (Celsius degrees)


Then,mix the flour, the baking powder and the mixed spice. Rub in the butter.


Next, add the sugar, the raisins, the candied peel and the orange juice.

Then,shape the mixture into small heaps. Put then on the baking tray. Sprinkle them with sugar.

Finally, bake for 12 minutes. Serve after 30 minutes.

Easter eggs by Sara

These are the ingredients we need in order to make our Easter eggs:

16 Easter eggs
250g grammes marzipan
125g icing sugar
2 tablespoons hot water
sprinkles




First, shape marzipan into sixteen eggs.

Next, sift the icing sugar into a bowl. Add water. Make a smooth paste

Then, with the cocktail sticks, dip the egg into the icing sugar.


Finally, roll in the sprinkles. Leave for 30 minutes.

                                         DELICIOUS!!!                             

                                            

                           

Pancakes by Geraldine

                                              

   Ingredients

-300g flour
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-3 eggs
-500 mililitres milk
-Butter
-Maple syrup

First, mix the flour, salt, eggs and milk. Heat some butter in a frying pan.

Then, put some of the mixture into the frying pan with a small ladle.

After that, turn the pancakes when you see small bubbles.

Finally, serve with  butter and maple syrup.

Ice cream Sundae by Waleska and Alejandra

                                                   

Ingredients:

50 grammes strawberries
3 scoops strawberry ice cream
Strawberry syrup
Whipped cream
Sprinkles

Method:

First, wash and slice the strawberries
Then, put layers of strawberries and ice cream in a glass.
Next, pour on some strawberry syrup.
Finally,put whipped cream and sprinkles on top.

Lemon sherbet by Mikel

                                                 Ingredients:

.- 1 cup sugar salt
.- 1cup water
.- 1/2 cup cream
.- 1/2 cup lemon juice
.- 2 eggs whites

                                                   Method:

First, mix 3/4 of the cup of sugar, salt and water. boil it, then, simmer it for 5 minutes.

Then, add the cream and the lemon juice. Put it into a plastic container. Freeze it for 4 or 5 hours.

After that beat the egg whites. Add 1/4 of sugar. Beat the mixture.

Later, break the frozen mixture with the whites.

Finally, put the mixture in the freezer for 2 hours.
