                        Cheese cake

Ingredients:

1 kg soft white cheese. 

6 tablespoons flour .

4 eggs.

8 tablespoons sugar.

1 lemon

First, heat the oven to 225ºC.

Then, mix the eggs and cheese in a big bowl.

After, add the sugar and the flour. Mix well.

Add the lemon juice.

Finally, check the mixture into a round cake tin.Cook for 45 minutes.Leave to cool.
