PUMPKIN PIE BY LEIRE AND LUCIA

                                                  INGREDIENTS:


Ready-made pastry

125 grammes chopped pumpkin

1 cup unsweetened condensed milk

1 cup brown sugar

3 eggs

1/2 teaspoon cinamon

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg




METHOD:


FIRST, put the pastry into a pie dish.
NEXT, boil the pumpkin for 10 minutes.Drain and leave to cool.
LATER, mash the pumpkin.Add condensed milk, brown sugar,eggs, cinamond and nutmeg. Mix well.
AFTER THAT, pour the mixture ontothe pastry.
FINALLY, bake at 200ºC for 50 minutes.








                                     DELICIOUS!!!
