Lazsef Jozesef Biro invented the ballpoint pen in 1931.He was born in Budapest, Hungary on September 29, 1889.He was a journalist.In 1943 the brothes moved to Argentina.
The ballpoint pen is a pen that has got a small metal ball.
He died on October 24, 1985 in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
