Alexander Graham Bell patented the telephone on February 14, 1876. There is a debate about who invented the telephone. Italians believe that 40 years before Antonio Meucci invented the telephone, but he did not patent it.

The telephone is a device to trasmit and receive sound.

Alexander Graham Bell was borm on March 3, 1847 in Edinburgh, Scotland. He moved to Canada when he was 23.  He died on August 2, 1922 at the age of 75

He was an excelent piano player. He studied te human voice and worked with various schools for the deaf. Bell´s mother and wife were deaf.

He was first to patent the telephone. It is a device to trasmit and receive sound.

Thanks to the phone, we are able to communicate with people who are far away.
