240 grammes of flour,2 teaspoons, 1 teaspoon of mixed spice, 120 grammes of butter, 120 grammes of sugar, 80 grammes of raisins, 4-5 tablespoons of orange juice
METHOD
First, grease a baking tray. Preheat the oven to 210ºC
Next, Mix the flour, the baking powder and the mixed spice. Rub in the butter.
Later, add the sugar, the raisins, the candied peel and the orange juice.
After that:, shape the mixture into small heaps. Put them on the baking tray. Sprinkle them with sugar Finally:,bake for12 minutes. Serve after 30 minutes.
COOKING TIME:42 minutes.
