Chocolate sundae by Brayan and Gael

                                         INGREDIENTS



1 Teaspoon cornflour

2 Tablespoons cocoa 

25 g butter

1/3 Cup golden syrup

1/4 Cup water

4 Scoops  vanilla ice-cream chopped walnuts (if liked)

                                                  METHOD

First, mix cornflour + cocoa powder in a small pan.

Then, add the butter and the golden syrup.

Later, add the water.

After, melt it all together low heat.

Next, stir well, simmering gently low heat.

Later, put a scoop of ice - cream into 4 nice dishes.

After that, pour some of the hot sauce over each one.

Finally, scatter a few walnuts on top if you like.
