Rock cakes by Anna
Ingredients
240 grammes flour
2 teasPoons of bakig powder
1 teaspoon of mixed spice
120 grammes butter
120 gramme sugar
30 grammes of raisins and candied peel
4-5 tablespoons of orange juice
Method
Grease a baking tray. Preheat the oven to 210º c.
Next, mix the flour, the baking tray. Preheat the oven to 220º C.
Later, add the sugar , the raisins , the candied peel and the orange juice.
After, shape the mixture in small heaps. Put them on the baking tray. Sprinkle them with sugar.
Finally, bake for 12 minutes.
Serve after 30 minutes.
