INGREDIENTS
4fish fillets 2eggs Breadcrumbs Vegetable Oil
Salt and pepper
METHOD
FIRST,Put the breadcrumbs ,salt and pepper in a bowl.
NEXT,Beat the eggs in a different bowl.
LATER.Dip the fish fillets into the eggs.Then ,dip them into the breadcums.
AFTER.Heat the vegetable oil.Fry the fish fillets for ten minutes.Serve with chips.
