Rock cakes by Noa

                                 ROCK CAKES
                                    
                                 INGREDIENTS

240 grammes of flour.
2 teaspoons of baking podwer.
1 tespoons of mixed spice.
120 grammes of butter.
120 grammes of sugar.
30 grammes of raisins and candied peel.
4-5 tablespoons of orange juice.




                          


First,grease a baking tray.Preheat the oven to 210ºC.
Then, mix the flour,the baking powder and the mixed spice.Rub in the butter.
After that,add the sugar,the raisins,the candied peel and the orange juice.
Next, shape the mixture into small heaps.Put them on the baking tray.Sprinkle them with sugar.
Finally, bake for 12 minutes.Serve after 30 minutes.
