Ice-cream sundae by Andrea C

                                                        Ice-cream sundae

Ingredients:

50 grammes strawberries
3 scoops strawberry ice-cream
strawberry syrup
whipped cream
sprinkles




                                                                   Method

First, wash and slice the strawberries.

Next, put layers of strawberries and ice-cream in a glass

Later, pour on same strawberry syrup

Finally, put whipped cream and spinkles on top

She´s 11 years old. Her birthday is on the 16th of July.

1.-What time do you usually get up?
-I usually get up at eight o´clock.

2.-Have you ever been to Disneyland?
-No, I haven´t.

3.-Who is your favourite female singer?
-I don´t know.

4.-Who is your favourite male singer?
-I don´t know either.

5.-Do you like to eat fruit? What´s your favourite one?
-Yes, I do. Strawberries are my favourite.

6.-Do you like Italian restaurants? Why?
-Yes, I do. Because I like eating pizza.

7.-Are you good at speaking English?
-Yes, I am.

8.-Do you have any pets?
-No, I haven´t.

9.-Do you like to cook?
-Yes, I do.

10.-Which sports do you like?
-I like playing paddle.

11.-Why do you want to learn English?
-Because I have to.

12.-Tell me about your favourite book
-"El caballero de la herradura oxidada" is my favourite book.

13.-When did you start playing tennis?
-When I was 9 years old I started playing tennis.

14.-Can you play a musical instrument?
-Yes, I can.

15.-If so, what instrument do you play?
-I play the guitar.

16.-How long have you been playing?
-2 years.

17.-Are you good at it?
-So So.

                                           Summary

Naia usually gets up at eight o´clock. She has never been to Disneyland. She doesn´t know who her favourite singer is. She likes eating fruit and her favourite is the strawberry. She likes Italian restaurants because she loves eating pizza. She´s good at speaking English. Naia hasn´t got any pets. She likes cooking and she likes playing paddle. She studies English because she has to. Her favourite book is "El caballero de la herradura oxidada". When she was 9 years old she started playing tennis. Naia can play the guitar and she has been playing it  for 2 years now. She does not see herself as a very good guitar player yet.

Chicken in coconut sauce by Laura

Ingredients:

2 medium onions

3 cloves

1 teaspoon ground ginger

1 teaspoon chilli powder a pinch of salt and of black pepper.

3 teaspoons vegetable oil

4 skinless chicken breasts

1 lemon

55 g creamed coconut

300 ml hot water

Method:

First, chop the onions and crush the garlic and mix them with the ginger, chilli powder, salt and pepper in a bowl.

After heating the oil in a frying pan, cook the chicken breasts gently  on each side.

Pat the chicken breasts onto two paper towels to remove any extra oil.

Then, sqeeze half lemon, mix the juice with the spice and sprinkle the chickens breasts.

Afterwards, put the creamed coconut in a bowl with the hot water and whisk it until it looks like milk.

Next ,cook the onions and garlic heat until they are soft.

Next, pour the coconut mixture over the chicken. Stir everything in the frying pan.

Finally, cook the chicken for about 20 minutes.

Beef Tacos by Jose Luis

Ingredients:

  1 packet of tacos mix.
  500 grammes of minced meat.
   chopped lettuce
  chopped tomato
150 grammos of grated cheese.

First, cook the minced meat in the frying pan with the taco mix.

Then, fill the tacos with the minced meat.

 Affterwads, add lettuce, tomato and cheese.

Finally, add the salsa sauce.It´s delicious with guacamole and sour cream
